The NATURA family suites are flooded with daylight, have a balcony at the back of the hotel and are therefore very quiet. Rooms with cosy South Tyrolean comforts

The village of Santa Cristina in South Tyrol is characterized by the building of the Vitalhotel Dosses. As inviting and traditional as it seems from the outside, the interior fulfils all expectations.

The house, stylishly furnished, has achieved an ideal mixture of tradition and innovation. Without being obtrusive, every room boasts the most modern technology and architectural details behind the original South Tyrolean tradition and its charming elegance.
2011 the hotel was renovated by rebuilding the west wing as well as adding an extension to the north. Guests have now the possibility to choose between six different categories of hotel rooms. In 2016 we renovated and renewed the hotel once again; today it offers the highests level of comfort for our guests. The Alpina rooms feature elegant wooden floors and large panoramic windows with wonderful views of Sassolungo and Sassopiatto mountains. The spa oasis was extended with bio sauna, ice grotto, fog shower and relaxation area. Finally, we also added a new, spacious buffet area and a traditional farmer’s lounge, the „Stua Albert Stube“.

Information

All prices are ment per person, in Euros, and include the “Dosses Comfort” ¾-board with afternoon snack buffet, free entry to the ANIMA wellness area, participation in the outdoor program (hiking and skiguiding programme) with skilled guides and all inclusive services.

The prices do not include the visitor’s tax of Euro 3,40 per person and day which is imposed by the province of Bolzano and has to be paid in site (for people older than 14).

Confirming your Reservation

Your booking is binding once we have received your deposit payment of 30% of the value of the stay via our online payment system or by bank transfer.

Before the journey starts, many things can happen. You are financially protected through our cancellation insurance.
If you cannot come for your previously booked stay, arrive late or have to leave early, cancellation fees can be charged according to EU directives.

To save you from any fees in these cases, we recommend you to make cancellation insurance, with the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Cancellation terms and conditions

If you have to cancel the reservation or in case of late arrival, no arrival or early departure, the following cancellation fees are applied:

Up to 30 days before arrival: 0%
Between 29 and 7 days before arrival we will keep the deposit: 30%
Between 6 and 2 days before arrival: 50% of the total price, deducting also the deposit
In case of cancellation 2 days before to arrival, late arrival, early departure or no show: 100% of the price
